Acne

Acne is a very common disorder of the pilosebaceous follicles that primarily affects adolescents and young adults and may be classified as inflammatory or noninflammatory. Acne is characterized by comedones, nodules and eruptions of papules, pustules and nodulocystic lesions.

The Omega XP Laser improves active acne lesions and reduces the inflammatory nature of some acne. We use the Omega XP Laser to stimulate acne areas with millions of photons of visible and invisible light deep into your cellular and tissue structure. Laser treatment of active acne lesions may also reduce potential acne scarring that can occur in severe cases.

Our acne treatment program starts with three consectutive days of laser therapy, followed by one sessions five days later and another five days after that.
